What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Amex, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. Additionally we accept PayPal and even Amazon payments.

How do I edit my order or update my shipping address?

If you want to edit your order or change your shipping address, please contact us at However, we can only edit it if your order has not yet been processed.

How do I cancel my order?

To edit or cancel your order, shoot us an email at and we will endeavor to cancel your order it is hasn't already been processed.


How much do you charge for shipping?

Your products dimensions and weight may affect the shipping costs to your location. But many of our items have free shipping.

How do I track my order?

We will send you the tracking code via e-mail along together with instructions on how to track your package. Click Where's My Order on our website menu to be connected to USPS tracking number lookup. However, it may take 3-5 days to receive your tracking number. 

Why isn't my order in one package?

In order to get the order to you faster we may sometimes ship items from different warehouses or fulfillment centers. Don't worry if you don't receive all your orders at once the rest are on their way. 

How long will it take to get my package?

While shipping times may vary between products based on where they are being shipped from, you can expect your order to arrive within 10 - 15 business days.

I still have not received my order? 

While we make every effort to expedite your package, shipments are sometimes delayed. Delays may be due to weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please review the tracking information and let us know if you have any issues or concerns at or Jump on the chat in the bottom right corner of your screen.


It took more than 30 days to arrive.

We are so sorry. Shoot us an email so we can make it right and find out what happened. If an item takes more than 45 days to arrive, we will refund you.

If it takes more than 45 days for your product to arrive let us know by sending us an email at so we can review what happened and process your refund. Once the refund is processed it will be applied to your credit card via the original method of payment.

The item arrived broken / damaged / defective / wrong color or size.

We sincerely apologize and will make this right easily and quickly with the highest levels of customer service. 

If your item arrives broken, defective or damaged, simply mail it back to us and we will refund you immediately. Shoot us an email so we can assist you this this process quickly and efficiently. Our email is Once the refund is processed it will be applied to your credit card via the original method of payment. Let us know if you would like a replacement instead. Please note the customer must pay for the return shipping costs. 


How do I return the product?

If you don't like the product for any reason, you may return it within 60 days. To return your product simply shoot us an email at
